In order to achieve these goals, questionnaires were distributed to a number of mobile phone company agents in Baghdad. 123 questionnaires were processed and the data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. A relationship has been found between social media marketing and various sources of competitive advantage, which are social capital, brand awareness, perceived service quality and customer engagement, as the most important dimensions that organizations can focus on in order to create a competitive advantage, this was confirmed by our findings after launching a survey on a number of mobile phone agencies.
