Abstract
In this thesis, we study on permutation polynomials defined over finite fields. We have
made a survey of some recent research results on constructions and classifications of
some types of permutation polynomials over finite fields.

Sonlu Cisimler Üzerinde Permütasyon Polinomları
ÖZ: Bu tezde sonlu cisimlerdeki permütasyon polinomları üzerine çalıştık. Sonlu cisimler üzerinde tanımlanmış¸ bazı permütasyon polinom tiplerinin oluşturulması ve sınıflandırılması ile ilgili son zamanlarda yapılmış birtakım araştırma sonuçlarını derledik.
