| dc.description | ABSTRACT: Ecotourism is being used as a general name for environmentally responsible travel and visits, supporting the protection of nature and cultural resources, utilization as well as and as being a type of tourism that is carried out for intact natural areas. In addition to its efforts to protect natural resources, ecotourism is also distinguished from other tourism types in that it aims to provide economic benefit to the people of the region. The purpose of this research is to determine the ecotourism potentials of Dörtdivan, Kıbrıscık and Seben districts within the boundaries of the Bolu Mountain KTKGB area within the boundaries of Bolu province and to determine the view point of local administrations and local people. This research was carried out by making field observations and taking the opinions of the people of the region about the potential of ecotourism of Dortdivan, Kıbrıscık and Seben districts about population, geographical situation, economy, climate, natural and historical touristic values, cultural assets as well as tourism activities in the region. It is important to contribute to the vitalization of the tourism activities in the region by providing suggestions for the vitalization of ecotourism in the region and to form a new research model about the subject. The study's study group consists of a total of 44 people from Dörtdivan, Kıbrıscık and Seben Provinces, local administrators, NGO officials, administrators, county artisans and local people. The research was done with qualitative research design and data were collected through observation, interview and document review. The research findings show that Dörtdivan, Kıbrıscık and Seben districts have a potent ecotourism potential, and that many of the tourism varieties fall within the definition of ecotourism. It has been demonstrated that if this potential of the region is assessed, the problem of immigration living in the region can be eliminated and positively contribute to the development of the region. As a result of the research, proposals have been made for presenting an effective management plan to prevent the disturbance of the local people by taking precautions to protect the existing values of the region. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Ekoturizm bozulmamış doğal alanlara yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen bir turizm çeşidi olmakla birlikte, eğlenmeyi, doğayı ve kültürel kaynakları anlayarak korumayı destekleyen, çevresel açıdan sorumlu seyahat ve ziyaretlerin genel adı olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ekoturizm doğal kaynakların korunması çabasının yanı sıra yöre insanına ekonomik fayda sağlama amacı taşıması yönüyle de diğer turizm türlerinden ayrılmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı Bolu ili sınırları içerisinde yer alan ve Bolu Dağı KTKGB alanını oluşturan bölge sınırları içerisinde bulunan Dörtdivan, Kıbrıscık ve Seben ilçelerinin ekoturizm potansiyellerinin tespiti ve yerel yönetimler ile yerel halkın turizme bakış açısının belirlenmesidir. Yapılan bu araştırma Dörtdivan, Kıbrıscık ve Seben ilçelerinin ekoturizm potansiyeli hakkında nüfus, coğrafi durum, ekonomi, iklim, doğal ve tarihi turistik değerler, kültürel varlıklar gibi bilgilerin yanı sıra bölgedeki turizm faaliyetleri ile ilgili olarak saha gözlemleri yapılarak ve bölge halkının görüşleri alınarak oluşturulmuştur. Bölgede ekoturizmin canlandırılmasına yönelik öneriler sunarak bölgedeki turizm faaliyetlerinin canlanmasına katkı sağlanması ve konu ile ilgili yeni araştırmalara bir model oluşturması bakımından önem taşımaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Dörtdivan, Kıbrıscık ve Seben İlçeleri’nde yerel yöneticiler, STK görevlileri, idareciler, ilçe esnafları ve bölge halkından toplam 44 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma nitel araştırma deseni ile yapılmış olup veriler gözlem, görüşme ve doküman incelemesi yoluyla toplanmıştır. Araştırma bulguları Dörtdivan, Kıbrıscık ve Seben İlçelerinin değerlendirilebilecek güçlü bir ekoturizm potansiyeline sahip olduğunu, ekoturizmin tanımı içerisine giren turizm çeşitlerinin birçoğunun bölgede gerçekleştirilebileceğini göstermiştir. Bölgenin taşıdığı bu potansiyelin değerlendirilmesi halinde, bölgede yaşanan göç sorununun giderilebileceği ve yörenin kalkınmasına olumlu katkı sağlayabileceğini ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda ise bölgenin mevcut değerlerinin korunmasını sağlamaya yönelik tedbirler alınması yoluyla yerel halkın rahatsızlık duymasını önleme amaçlı etkin bir yönetim planlaması yapılmasına yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur. | |
