| dc.description | ABSTRACT: In today's industry, the concept of the customer has become more prominent for the enterprises in the competition and the struggle of the companies to survive. Firms tend to review their strategies and produce customer-oriented strategies in line with customer demands and needs. Mass customization has gained importance as a preferred method to respond to customer groups with different needs and needs using both mass production and customized production principles. The search for customer expectations and their place within the production logic emerge with the concept of mass customization. Sustainability is the capacity to bear. In ecology; explains how biological systems remain different and efficient over time. For people, it is the potential for long term care of well-being, which depends on the well-being of the natural world and the responsible use of natural resources. The fact questioned in this study is the effects of the relationship between sustainability and mass customization concepts. Since there are not many studies in the literature on this subject, it is aimed to contribute to the literature with the study. It is important to show how these studies are done in a company that manufactures buses in order to be informed about why and how the concepts of sustainability and mass privatization emerged. In line with the purpose of this study, the sustainability efforts of an enterprise that produces public transportation on its journey to become a sustainable brand and examining sustainability in environmental, social and economic dimensions; production methods applied for the concept of mass privatization; Within the scope of case study analysis, which is one of the qualitative research methods, observation is explained by using document analysis and open-ended interview technique. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Günümüz endüstrisinde yaşanan sıkı rekabet ve firmaların ayakta kalma mücadelesinde işletmeler için müşteri kavramı daha çok ön plana çıkmıştır. Firmalar, müşteri talep ve ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda stratejilerini gözden geçirme ve müşteri odaklı stratejileri üretmeye yönelmiştir. Kitlesel özelleştirme, farklı istek ve ihtiyaçları olan müşteri gruplarına hem kitlesel üretim hem de özelleştirilmiş üretim prensiplerini kullanarak yanıt vermek amacıyla tercih edilen bir yöntem olarak önem kazanmıştır. Müşteri beklentilerinin araştırılması ve bu beklentilerin üretim mantığı çerçevesinde yer bulması, kitlesel özelleştirme kavramı ile karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Sürdürülebilirlik ise dayanabilme kapasitesidir. Ekolojide; biyolojik sistemlerin zaman içinde nasıl farklı ve verimli kaldığını açıklar. İnsanlar için, doğal dünyanın refahına ve doğal kaynakların sorumlu bir şekilde kullanılmasına bağlı olan refah uzun vadeli bakımı için gerekli potansiyeldir. Bu çalışmada sorgulanan olgu, sürdürülebilirlik ile kitlesel özelleştirme kavramları arasındaki ilişkinin birbirine olan etkileridir. Bu konu ile ilgili literatürde yeterli çalışma bulunmadığından dolayı mevcut çalışmanın literatüre katkı sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. Sürdürülebilirlik ve kitlesel özelleştirme kavramlarının neden ve nasıl ortaya çıktığı konusunda bilgilenmek için otobüs imalatı yapan bir firmada bu çalışmaların nasıl yapıldığını göstermek önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda toğlu taşıma imalatı yapan bir işletmenin sürdürülebilir marka olma yolculuğunda gerçekleştirdiği sürdürülebilirlik çabaları ve sürdürülebilirliğin çevresel, sosyal ve ekonomik boyutta incelenmesi; kitlesel özelleştirme kavramı için uygulanan üretim yöntemleri; nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden örnek olay analizi kapsamında gözlem, doküman analizi ve açık uçlu görüşme tekniği kullanılarak açıklanmıştır. | |
