Abstract

For the data, Scale of demographics with 8 variables, the scales of SIS (Silence based on indifference and subordination), SSR (Silence Based on self-protection and fear) and SPR (Silence based on preserve relations) that are three sub dimensions of silence and the scale of job satisfaction consisting of 14 factors were used. All data were analyzed using SPSS software. In the assessment, t test, ANOVA test and multiple regression ENTER test were used. According to the analyses of the result, male nurses' job satisfaction and the average of silence have been seen higher than women nurses’. The silence points of single nurses have also been found higher than married nurses. The nurses working in the laboratory remain quieter than the others. With the increasing of education level, the behavior of silence of worker decreases.
