Abstract
Araştırmanın evrenini Mersin’deki gümrük müşaviri çalışanları
oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma, çalışan memnuniyeti ile örgütsel bağlılık kavramlarını
önce kendi içinde anlamlandırmaya çalışmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre
kadınların bulundukları kuruma iş güvencesi olması dahilinde örgütsel bağlılık
düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışanların içinde bulundukları
kurumdaki çalışma yıllardı artıkça kuruma duydukları güven artmaktadır. Yüksek
lisans ve lisans mezunları maaş kadar işin niteliğine de önem vermektedir. Yaş işteki
memnuniyet düzeyinde etkilidir. Çalışanlar yaşlandıkça kurumlarına daha çok
bağlanarak çalışan memnuniyet düzeyini artırmaktadır. Çalışan iş çevresinden
memnun ise bu onun kişisel hayatını olumsuz yönde etkileyecektir. Çalışanların iş
memnuniyeti artıkça örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri de artmaktadır.

Employees Who Work At Customs Consultancy
ABSTRACT: The universe of the research consists of customs brokerage workers in Mersin. The research first tries to make sense of employee satisfaction and organizational commitment in itself. According to the results of the research, it shows that the level of organizational commitment is higher as women have job security in their institution. Employees' trust in the company has been increasing over the years, as the work at the institution they are in is increasing. Graduate and undergraduate graduates care about the quality of the job as much as the salary. Age is effective at the level of satisfaction at work. As employees get older, they increase their level of employee satisfaction by connecting more to their institutions. If the employee is satisfied with his work environment, this will negatively affect his personal life. Organizational commitment levels increase as the satisfaction of the employees increases
