Abstract
Araştırmanın katılımcılarının, %44,8’i Acil-Yoğun Bakım

ABSTRACT: Violence is a phenomenon that has taken its place in our lives from past to present and continues to increase its incidence day by day. The fact that violence is seen too much in the health sector brings great risks in terms of public health and continues. Violence, which is frequently encountered in the health sector and has a high incidence, not only prevents patientsfrom benefiting from quality healthcare, but also reduces the motivation of healthcare professionals, brings them to the point of quitting the profession, and increases the margin of error by causing them to live distracted while performing their duties. Considering that health indicators are the most important feature of the society, the decrease in the performance of healthcare workers and the poor quality of health care will negatively affect the society in general and will be reflected throughout the country.
