Abstract
Kurumun performansını artırmak için çalışanların performansını
çoğunlukla mali motive edicilerle artırmaya yönelik bir sistem olarak
performansa dayalı ücretlendirme sisteminin kamu yönetimlerinde
kullanılmaya başladığı görülmektedir. Bu sistemin kendine özgü güçlü ve
zayıf yönleri bulunmaktadır. Performans kriterleri, bilimsel ve objektif olarak
belirlenip yeterli mali imkânlarla desteklendiğinde sistemin hedeflere
maksimum seviyelerde ulaştığı söylenebilir.
Motivasyon, örgütün ve bireylerin ihtiyaçlarının tatminle sonuçlanacağı bir
iş ortamını oluşturarak bireyin harekete geçmesi için etkilenmesi ve
isteklendirilmesi sürecidir. Özellikle, ileri sanayi toplumlarında otomasyona
kayılması ve kitle üretimine gidilmesi işçinin işinden elde edeceği tatmini
daha da azaltıcı bir rol oynamıştır. Motivasyon tekniklerinin devreye
sokulmasında varılmak istenen en önemli amaç, işgörenlerde daha çok
çalışma istek ve arzusu yaratabilecek faktörleri bularak, onların
gereksinimlerini elverdiğince doyurmak ve her gün işbaşı yapılırken istekle
gelip, istekle çalışmalarını sağlamaktır.
Bu çalışmada, Aydın ili Söke Fehime-Faik Kocagöz Devlet Hastanesinde
çalışan işgörenlerin performansa dayalı ücretlendirme sisteminden hangi
yönde ve ne derece motive olduklarının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan
araştırmada öncelikle literatür taraması yapılmış, derlenen bilgiler
doğrultusunda anket soruları hazırlanmıştır. Bu anket formu adı geçen
hastanede çalışan 275 kişi tarafından doldurulmuş ve veri tabanı
oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen bilgileri çözümlemede, Statistical Package for
Science for Windows 11.0 (SPSSWIN) paket programı kullanılmıştır.
Anketlerden elde edilen verilerin analizinde; frekans dağılımları, aritmetik
ortalama, standart sapma ve varyans analizi (ANOVA) teknikleri
kullanılmıştır.

The Effect of Employee Motivation Performance Based
Wage System
Abstract: In order to increase of performance of the company, it has been seen that performance based wage system with financial motivation has been beginning to use in the public administration. This system has its own strengths and weaknesses. It can be said that the system can be reached maximum targets when that is scientifically and objectively determined and supported by adequate financial facilities. The motivation carrying out appropriate business environment leading to satisfaction of the individual and organization is a process of individual’s attraction and encouragement. Especially tending to the automation and mass production system has played a role of more decreasing of employees’ satisfaction obtained from their work. The most important aim in activation of motivation techniques is to find the factors creating to more willingly work of employee and satisfying of their requirements wherever possible, and to provide that they come to the job everyday and enthusiastically work. In this study, the aim is to search how and what extend to the effect of ‘the performance-based pricing system’ on the employees in Söke Fehime-Faik Kocagöz Public Hospital of Aydın. In the light of all the literature published we prepared the survey questionnaire. This survey sheets have been filled by 275 employees who works in the named above hospital and had composed a database. All the statistical analyses were done by using of Statistical Package for Science for Windows 11.0 (SPSSWIN). Used statistical methods were frequencies of distribution, arithmetical means, standard deviation and variance analysis (ANOVA).
