Abstract
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Ankara’da şarap turizminin önemini ortaya
koymaktır. Turizm endüstrisinde turistlerin farklı istekleri destinasyonları alternatif
turizm türlerine yönlendirmektedir. Bugün şarap turizmi en ilgi çekici alternatif
turizm dallarından birisidir. Son yıllarda dünyada ve Türkiye’de şarap turizmi
yükseliştedir. Bunun nedeni turistlerin değişik deneyimler arıyor olmasıdır. Bunun
sonucu olarak da turistlerin şarap üreten ülkelere seyahat yapmak ve şarap
bölgelerini görmek istemeleridir. Bunun ikinci ana sebebi ise şarap turizminin kültür
ve gastronomi turizmi gibi diğer turizm segmentlerini içerebilmesidir. Çünkü şarap
yemek yanında tüketilebilecek bir içkidir. Şarap turizmini, ziyaretçileri en çok
motive eden faktörün, üzüm şarabı tadımı veya üzüm şarabı bölgesinin özelliklerini
deneyimlemek olduğu, üzüm bağlarının, şarap imalathanelerinin, şarap festivalleri ve
şarap gösterilerinin ziyareti olarak tanımlanabilir. Ankara başkenttir. Bundan dolayı
bu tezin araştırma alanı olarak Ankara seçilmiştir. Bu bölgede şarap turizmi hakkında
daha önceden yapılmış bir araştırma yoktur. Araştırma kapsamında 4 adet 5 yıldızlı
otel, 5 adet şarap evi, 8 adet şarap butiği ve 2 adet şarap fabrika dağıtım merkezi
seçilmiştir.
Çalışma 6 bölümden oluşmuştur. İlk bölümde şarabın tarihi, üretim süreci,
servisi ve sunumu, ikinci bölümde Türkiye’de sürdürülebilirlik kavramı ve alternatif
turizm çeşitleri, üçüncü bölümde dünyada şarap turizmi ve önde gelen şarap ülkeleri
dördüncü bölümde Türkiye’de şarapçılık ve şarap turizmi üzerinde durulmuştur.
Beşinci bölümde Ankara’daki genel turizm faaliyetleri ve şarap turizm açıklanmaya
çalışılmıştır. Son bölümde ise bulgular dolaylı ve doğrudan olarak yazılı ortama
aktarılmıştır.
Çalışmanın sonucunda örnek işletmelerden alınan bilgiler mülakat yöntemi
kullanılarak elde edilip değerlendirilmiştir.

Wine Tourism in the World and Turkey: A Research on
Ankara Wine Tourism
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to reveal the imortance of wine toursim in Ankara. Different wishes of the tourists direct destinations to alternative tourism in tourism industry. Today wine tourism is one of the most interesting alternative toursim branches. In recent years, in world and in our country wine tourism has been on the rise of tourism, Because toursits search for more different experiences. As a result of this they want to travel to wine-producing countries and seeing wine regions. The second main reason is related to the fact that wine tourism can include other tourism segments, such as cultural and gastronomy toursim. Because wine is a drink that can be used near the meal. Wine tourism can be defined as a visitation to vineyards, wineries, wine festivals and wine shows for which grape wine tastind and experiencing the attributes of a grape wine region are the prime motivating factor fo visitors. Ankara is the capital city of Turkey. Because of that Ankara is selected as the study area of the current thesis. There is no previous research on wine tourism in this region. Within the scope of the research, 4 5-star hotels, 5 wine houses, 8 wine boutiques and 2 wine factory distribution centers were selected. The study consists of 6 parts. The first part of the wine's history, production processes, service and presentation, the second part of the concept of sustainability and alternative forms of tourism in Turkey, the third part of the world in wine tourism, and leading wine countries of the fourth chapter in Turkey 'focused on the winery and wine tourism. In the fifth chapter, general tourism activities and wine tourism in Ankara are explained. In the last part, the findings were transferred to the written media directly and indirectly. As a result of the study, the information obtained from the sample businesses was obtained and evaluated using the interview method.
