| dc.description | ABSTRACT: With this study, which aims to evaluate the relationship between the concepts of aviation and politics in terms of Air Domination Theory, it is aimed to contribute to the literature and to evaluate it from a different perspective. For this purpose, foreign and domestic sources that have get on with the subject were analyzed through text and discourse analysis, international reports were scanned and by using historical comparative method, events affecting today and tomorrow in the light of the events that happened in the past that are thought to effects the policies of the countries were examined. In the light of the information obtained; with the advancing technology, the relationship between aviation and both domestic and international political policies requires a more comprehensive and detailed assessment. With the developments that have taken place since the emergence of the theory of air domination, it was thought that the theory should be revisited and a current thought should be put forward. With the development of the aviation sector, it is thought that countries foresee a multidimensional change in areas such as global, economy and defense. It is thought that the aviation sector can be used as a trump card by the world states globally and economically, it can affects countries negatively as a result of crises and accidents and can be a factor in developing new policies. At the same time, in a positive sense, employees who are in every educational level and age are needed in the field, the catalytic benefits could be substantially high, also it provides job opportunities to people from different professions, countries which provide quality aviation services are more recognized in globally and in this way more people travel to the relevant country. In addition, as the sector has an international importance in matters such as quality, transportation, security and information sharing, the basis of development in this sector is through cooperation. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Havacılık ve siyaset kavramları arasındaki ilişkiyi Hava Hakimiyet Teorisi özelinde değerlendirilmesini amaçlayan bu çalışma ile literatüre katkı sağlamak ve farklı bir bakış açısı ile değerlendirmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu gaye için, konuyla özleşen yabancı ve yerli kaynaklar metin ve söylem analizinden geçirilmiş, uluslararası raporlar taranmış ve tarihsel karşılaştırmalı yöntem kullanılarak geçmişte yaşanan olaylar ışığında bugünü ve yarını etkileyen ve etkileyeceği düşünülen, ülkelerin politikalarına yön veren olaylar incelenmiştir. Ulaşılan bilgiler ışığında; gelişen teknoloji ile beraber, havacılık ile iç siyaset ve uluslararası siyaset arasındaki ilişki, daha geniş ve kapsamlı bir değerlendirmeye gereksinim göstermektedir. Hava hakimiyet teorisinin ortaya çıkmasından bugüne kadar yaşanan gelişmeler ile beraber, teorinin tekrar ele alınarak güncel bir yaklaşımla ortaya konması gerektiği düşünülmüştür. Havacılık sektörünün gelişmesi ile beraber ülkelerin küresel anlamda siyaset, ekonomi ve savunma gibi alanlarda çok boyutlu bir değişimi öngördüğü düşünülmektedir. Ayrıca bir ülkenin hava gücü, milli güvenlik politikalarınca başka ülkeler ile ilişkilerinde söz sahibi olma ve toprak bütünlüğünün korunması amacıyla büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu açıdan havacılık ve savunma arasında, ülkelerin politikalarında büyük değişimlerin meydana geldiği bilinmektedir. Özellikle son yıllarda gelişen havacılık teknolojileri ile beraber İHA ve SİHA gibi havacılık ürünlerinin popülaritesinin arttığı ve bu sistemlerde öncü konuma yerleşmek isteyen ülkelerin birbirlerine engel olma niteliğiyle sıkça ambargo ve yaptırımlar uyguladığı görülmektedir. Bununla beraber bu sistemlerde başarılı gelişim sağlayan ülkelerin istihdam oranlarında artış meydana gelmekte, üretilen yüksek teknoloji havacılık ürünlerinin temini ve rehberliği amacıyla diğer dünya devletlerinden talepler alınmakta, alt sistemlerin gelişiminde payı olan sektörlere ekonomik olarak katkı sağlanmaktadır. Aynı zamanda terörizm ile mücadelede üstün başarılar elde edilmekte, elde edilen stratejik başarılar neticesinde yeni politik ilişkiler kurmaya yardımcı olurken savunma sanayide dışa olan bağımlılık azaltmakta ve dış siyasette sözü geçer niteliğe ulaşmada katkı sağladığı görülmektedir. | |
